Over the Christmas period, our office will be open on the 22nd December from 8:30am to 5:30pm, following which the below hours will apply between Christmas and New Year. Regular hours resume from the 4th of January 2022.

If you need to make a claim over the holiday period and our office is open, call us as you usually would on 0121 246 9090. If we’re closed, and you need to make a claim, you can do this by calling the 24 hours claims line on 0121 248 9477.
