Need to renew your classic or multi car insurance with us? We’ll make it as easy as possible.
It’s important to ensure continuity of cover for your vehicles by renewing in plenty of time – don’t let your policy lapse if you want your car fully protected.
We’ll send you out your renewal invitation with full details of your policy cover, any additional cover you’ve previously had, and the overall premium. You should receive your renewal invitation about 3 weeks before your vehicle insurance is due to renew.
Once you’ve received your renewal invitation, you can call us to renew over the phone, or, if you have no changes to make, you can renew online.

Our new online payment portal lets you pay for your car insurance renewal easily online, making sure you’re covered even if you don’t have the time to call us to make the payment.
Using your broker reference number, you can log into the payment portal and it will pull through your renewal payment details. Once you’ve checked and are happy with these, you can pay using your debit or credit card. You’ll receive a renewal payment confirmation email the same day, and your new insurance documents will be sent to you within seven days.
You can pay for your classic car insurance using our new online payment portal, if you’ve had your renewal invitation. We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express. You can also choose to pay over the phone or by BACS. We regret that we cannot accept cheques during this time as our office is not open to process them while our staff are working from home.
Our online payment portal lets you pay for your insurance renewal easily and sends you an immediate payment confirmation receipt. The portal will ask for a few personal details to identify you, including your broker reference number which you’ll find on your renewal invitation from us. This information allows the portal to pull through the correct renewal details for you. You can then check the details and make the payment using a debit or credit card.
Once the payment has been completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your documents will be sent out by email within seven days.
We do offer the option to pay on a monthly basis for a wide range of policies. Ask us when you confirm your policy, and we’ll be able to let you know if this option is available to you. At present you cannot set up monthly payments using the online portal.
